·The system records the history of each data point, and the frequency of recording reaches the second level.
· For the concerned process indicators, it is able to specify any time period to retrieve data and form data tables and curves to help users analyze the stability of indicators better and whether there are abnormity; For indicators that users are concerned about, the system will record the entire process and form data tables and graphs. At the same time, the user can retrieve data from any time point for checking. In addition, the system will automatically analyze the data situation and prompt abnormal data to help users to make statistics and analyze data.
·Historical data points are closely associated to the machine, and the corresponding related process indicators can be retrieved through the machine.
· Every indicator in the process will be checked that whether it can meet the process requirement in the real-time monitoring system, timely alarm will be given to indicators that do not meet the process scope, and it is highlighted through the outstanding color on screen;
· Adding storage function of recording abnormal information, it’s able to search the summary of abnormal indicators within a certain period of time;
· For alarm threshold value, it’s provided with the function of revising by manual, the value can be adjusted according to actual operation conditions.
