    The MES system, that is, the production execution system, Hopewell independently developed an MES system specially for Low-E glass coating lines. Enterprises can monitor the entire production line through the system according to the data and reports given by the system and reasonably plan the production and manage the equipments.

    ·Function of optimizing and analyzing production speed. Collect servo drive parameters, vacuum pump vacuum time, Valve moving time and other parameters, analyze the system speed, calculate the best servo parameters, transmission speed and other parameters, then the speed can be optimized, production efficiency can be improved.
    · Real-time monitoring of every equipment and device, and obtain the record the data on the site, and raise precaution for the system and specific devices based on analysis of abnormal data.
    · Record and calculate the total voltage, total current, total power, production batch, production film system, production starting date, production starting time, production speed, production total quantity, total power consumption, etc. of the system;
    ·Record and calculate the cathode, cathode number, current, voltage, total power, sputtered power, residual sputtered power of the current target material;
    ·setting of electricity pricing by range, calculate electricity costs according to the time period, and accurately record electricity charges;
    ·Check electricity costs and calculate and summarize electricity costs for every batch of products/in a certain time period;
    · Maintain and search historical data, which can be automatically recorded for daily use/target consumption from the date of using the software, and can check historical data for any time period;
    ·Generate shift / day / month / any time period reports, summarize and calculate records of vacuum systems, transmission systems, auxiliary systems, magnetron sputtering systems, complete record of equipment depreciation, management costs, electricity costs, and target material consumption;
    ·Real-time/historical trends, visual tracking of all production and cost;
    · Membrane classification reports, after the production of different membrane systems, summarize the conclude categories reports of membrane systems and calculate  consumption of target material/man-hour / consumption of electricity for every membrane system to provide basic data for cost estimatation and product pricing;
