1.Automatic Doffer System Introduction
The Equipment is constituted of sky rail support, sky rail, horizontal moving module, rotating module, lifting and dropping module, control cabinet, 
pushing bobbin module, protective shell etc.
2.Function Description
①  Adopting installation method of hanging on sky rail, automatic doffer can move on the sky rail and realize the movement between every winder. The double automatic lifting and dropping individual control doffing shaft can complete doffing, remove the bobbins from temporary storage mechanism and load to the trolley.

②  Automatic doffer has the function of doffing, transporting, temporary storage and automatic loading bobbins on trolley. One doffer can complete multiple working tasks. It can make full use of the production time of winder and has high 
production efficiency.

③  It can make full use of the space in the production site. When it finishes the doffing, the doffing shaft will move after lifting up to the safety height which is higher than the height of worker in site. It has high space utilization rate and avoid 
hurting the workers. Meanwhile, the site maintenance on winders has less influence on the doffer’s operation

④ Adopting the AB Programmable controller, through the industrial Ethernet, it can quickly exchange data with the production equipment in the site, realize the data collection of the whole production, and centrally process the data and information of the production site. It can realize the operation management on the production information of the plant.

⑤  It has the characteristics of fast production rhythm, simple and stable structure and low operation failure rate.  

⑥ Safety Protection: The Keyence safety laser scanner is installed at the lower part of the doffer. When the operator approaches the doffer and enters the danger area, the doffer will automatic stop operation and have alarming sound for reminding. When the operator leaves, the doffer can restart again and complete the transportation of bobbins.

⑦  Adopting digital information processing, the operation status and production data can be easily checked on the operation platform. 

⑧  It can replace the doffing operator, reduce the labor intensity and the production operation cost.

⑨ About operation precision, it adopts ABB servo motor for horizontal moving, rotating, lifting and dropping, pushing doffing shaft and bobbin pushing motor. It guarantees the operation precision, stability and service life.

3.Equipment Technical Characteristics
① The use efficiency of the doffer is more than 85%, no waiting (idling) time;
② The distance from the doffer to the winder exceeds 1 meter. It provides enough moving space for the operator.
③ Adopting the hanging structure, the space occupancy on ground is less.
④ The safety laser scanner can provide the maximum safety for the operator.
