    Palletizing Robot System Introduction    Type: BX200L,200KG It can be seen from the work space range chart that the robot can reach the maximum working radius only when it is at a certain height. The main configuration of the robot: 1. Robot body 2. Control cabinet 3. Dry-type transformer 4. Handheld teach pendant 5. Control and power cables 6. Jigs 7. Fixed base Note: Users need to prepare their own cable for the on-site cable installation from power supply to transformer and transformer to controller.  Robot grabbing & placing bobbins and upper dividing board Description: Before placing & grabbing the dividers, the dividers must go through positioning, so mechanical positioning is used on the divider warehouse; after the dividers going through positioning, the robot grabs the divider by the suction cup assembly on the jigs, and then places them on the pallet or the bobbin layers. When placing the dividers, in order to prevent rigid contact caused by factors such as the thickness error of the dividers, the sucker is equipped with a spring buffering function, and it’s all flexible contact between jigs and dividers or between the dividers and the pallets/bobbins. 2. Prior to bobbins palletizing or bobbins grabbing, the bobbin cart must be accurately positioned in the working area by the bobbin cart infeed system; the bobbin cart must be the standard bobbin cart to ensure the position variation of the positioning columns which suspend the bobbins on the bobbin cart is consistent with the distance of horizontal positioning datum. Otherwise the robot cannot do the grabbing accurately. To solve this problem, it is recommended to use our standard bobbin cart, or to modify the bobbin cart according to our drawings.Precautions: 1. Compressed air supply: 5bar-7bar. 2. When there are duplex stations performing unloading, route of the two stations from grabbing & placing cannot overlap. 3. Within the working safety scope of robot, workers must not approach when the robot is working. 4. The guard fence must be installed on the robot's working site to hang a conspicuous safety mark.
