     The glass transmission control system adopts the new control mode and concept of the Beckhoff motion control system, that is, adopts the Beckhoff high-speed bus architecture, the multi-mission soft PLC coordinates the joint movement of each drive in real time, and introduces the shaft module to make the transmission more accurate and stable.
    The function is divided into vacuum transmission mode and atmospheric state transmission mode. The vacuum transmission mode is divided into normal mode and ultra-long mode. The area of transmission system is equipped with multiple sets of transmission Motors. The motor is controlled by the driving controller for position and speed, so as to accurately achieve pot spacing and glass length control.
       The system has three control methods “single action/automatic/operation on site”. Action instructions for all processes or equipments are implemented by clicks of mouse and input through keyboard. For example, the transmission control method of the entire production line includes “on-site or upper control”(equal to manual) and “automatic control”. “Automatic control” is generally used for the normal continuous production of the system. In the “automatic control” state, the transmission system is strictly in accordance with the process flow automatically, no need for manual intervention. The “on site or upper control” method is generally used for maintenance, debugging, or emergency handling. In the “on site or upper control” mode, the operation of the transmission must be controlled by the operator in the upper monitoring screen or the maintenance personnel in the  operation box on site.
