    1 Summary
    Filmonitor 6420 multi-channel non-contact sheet resistance online measurement system is used for rapid non-contact measurement of glass surface resistance (block resistance), and it can also save and print the measured data.
    The system consists of control box, measuring instrument host, computer and measuring software. According to different needs, multiple non-contact surface resistance measurement probes can be installed on the measurement host structure. Each surface resistance measurement probe contains an upper and lower probe, an ultrasonic ranging probe, a controller, and a photoelectric position switch. When the measured glass passes through the measurement probe, the system will automatically detect whether the glass reaches the probe and begin to measure it. The measurement results will be transmitted to the computer via the network module. The computer measurement software will receive the collected signal and process and calculate. The surface resistance of the measured glass is obtained. Users can save and print the measured results. The host structure is indicated in Figure

    1. Non-contact surface resistance measurement;
    2. Adopting dynamic automatic calibration to ensure the stability and reliability of measurement data;
    3. Can run continuously for a long time;
    4. The system has a self-inspection function;
    5. The instrument and the master computer are connected by Ethernet;
    6. The system performance and functions are irrelevant to the performance of the main control computer. Users can upgrade and replace the main control computer, and we provide users with software after upgrade of computer hardware system free of charge;
    7. The system has good scalability;

    1. Measure the surface resistance at each measurement point and calculate the surface resistance parameters of Rsq and Rsq etc.;
    2. Display the historical trend curve of the surface resistance parameters and can set tolerances and alarm area;
    3. Display the surface resistance parameters and historical data list of its differences;
    4. Measure the transverse surface resistance difference of the glass;
    5. All measurement data is stored in the form of database, and database query operations can be performed. Data can be exported to software such as EXCEL for further processing;
    6. It is very convenient to make manual backup data to prevent accidental loss of data;
    7. Print surface resistance parameter trend data list, print surface resistance parameter trend curve graph, print screen image and other functions;
    8. All measurement control operations of the system are completed on the master computer.
