Size：2000mm X 1500mmX530mm System configuration and features: ① Start and stop positioning:  It’s equipped with the electric eye  switch to start and stop and the double electric eye for accurate  positioning. It adopts brand electric eye switch, which can response  timely and greatly improve the stability. It provides pre-diagnosis,  effective value judgment and other functions that are suitable for the  packaging industry. ② Transmission System: It adopts chain sprocket transmission and  frequency control. Transmission speed can be adjusted according the  needs. ③ Weighing system: The Toledo load cell is used for static  measurement which has high weighing accuracy and high weighing  efficiency. ④ Processing and manufacturing. The structural steel adopts  profiles, bearings, timing belts and wheels from state-owned enterprise.  Moving parts adopt IEC standards and internationally renowned brands,  which have been used on the same type of equipment for more than 5  years. We have strict quality management system and professional  appearance design based on the entire line. The protective covers are  all 304 stainless steel with brush finish. Welding is done by welding  robot. Both cutting and processing are done by CNC Machining.
