2. System Configuration and Features: ① Soft start/soft stop, turntable can automatically reset, it’s easy to operate. Photoelectric switch automatically measures the height of the goods. It adopts European blocking technology, and the speed of lift motor is constant. ② Transmission system, in an emergency/abnormal state, it can shift to manual state and be operated manually or maintain operation. ③ Processing and manufacturing. The structural steel adopts profiles, bearings, timing belts and wheels from state-owned enterprise. Moving parts adopt IEC standards and internationally renowned brands, which have been used on the same type of equipment for more than 5 years. We have strict quality management system and professional appearance design based on the entire line. The protective covers are all 304 stainless steel with brush finish. Welding is done by welding robot. Both cutting and processing are done by CNC Machining.
