    Function:  It is used to convey the bobbin cart to the robot grabbing position and send the blank bobbin cart out. The operator pushes the bobbin cart to one third of the stand-by position. The conveying system of the waiting area will convey the bobbin cart to the middle of the stand-by area. The information of the bobbin is scanned in the stand-by area and transferred to the control system for storage. After collecting the information of the bobbins, the bobbin cart is conveyed to the middle of the working area and waits for the palletizing. When the bobbins on the front side of the bobbin cart are all taken down, the rotatable conveyor and the bobbin cart will rotate together. The robot will palletize the bobbins on opposite side of the bobbin cart until all the bobbins are removed. The blank bobbin cart is then conveyed to the discharging area and the bobbin carts are discharged in the discharging area. A photoelectric switch is installed on every working or stopping position of the bobbin cart and is used to detect whether the bobbin cart reaches a designated position; when there is no bobbin cart in the stand-by area, a signal detected by the photoelectric switch will be transferred to the control system to alert supplementing material; when the bobbin cart waits in the stand-by area, the scanning device will scan the information of the bobbin and transfers it to the control system for storage via Ethernet. The information transmission of the system is steady, accurate and reliable. The stand-by area can be expanded according to the customer's site conditions to reduce intervals for supplementing material. System configuration and features: ① Structure features: The compact frame structure reduces the space occupied by the equipment. Most of the moving parts use materials of aluminum alloy to reduce the weight, which greatly reduces the equipment inertia during operation and also saves power consumption. The detection function for film storage quantity is provided. When the film is about to be used up, there is an alarm reminding to supplement material in advance. ② Transmission system: With the combination of SEW reducer, motor and frequency converter, the moving speed of each moving axis is adjustable; the well-designed film cutting structure can perform the work of film cutting quickly and effectively; reasonable film pulling structure guarantees no phenomenon such as film fracture or off-claw during the filming process. Owing to the independent processor, in an emergency/abnormal state, it can shift to manual state and be operated manually or maintain operation. ③ Processing and manufacturing. The structural steel adopts profiles, bearings, timing belts and wheels from state-owned enterprise. Moving parts adopt IEC standards and internationally renowned brands, which have been used on the same type of equipment for more than 5 years. We have strict quality management system and professional appearance design based on the entire line. The protective covers are all 304 stainless steel with brush finish. Welding is done by welding robot. Both cutting and processing are done by CNC Machining. It has the advantage of high precision, stable quality and stable transmission. ④Communication Control: It’s equipped with remote control terminal and Ethernet interface for convenient remote control and communication.
