Automatic Dropping Machine is installed by suspension of air track. The automatic Dropping Machine moves on air track to realize the movement between winders. Dual independent drop head for automatic lifting and landing, complete drop and remove from temporary storage mechanism and put into transport (silk cake) trolley. Automatic Dropping, Collector, transshipment and temporary storage, and automatic placement in the transport (silk cake) car. A robot can accomplish many tasks. Making full use of the production time of winding machine has higher production efficiency. It can make full use of the space of the production site, that is, after the drum dropping is completed, the drum dropping head rises to a safe height higher than the height of the workers on the site before moving. Therefore, compared with other drop tube solutions, the space utilization rate is higher. At the same time, it has the smallest influence on the space of the maintenance and replacement of the Lite roll.
We use Rockwell programmable controller, through industrial ethernet, can exchange data with field production equipment quickly, realize the data collection of the whole production process, and centralize the data information of the production site to realize the operation and management of the production information of the factory; it has fast production rhythm, simple and reliable mechanism, and low failure rate.
A safety laser scanner is arranged under the drum-dropping robot. When the operator approaches the drum-dropping robot and walks into the dangerous area, the robot will stop automatically. When the operator leaves, the drum-dropping robot will start again and complete the transmission of the silk cake.
Using digital information processing, we can easily inquire the operation status and production data of the site on the operating platform. The number of production staff needed on site is less, and the cost of production and operation is reduced. Touch screen is equipped on Dropping Robot, which can easily accomplish the function debugging and operation parameters setting of Dropping Robot on site.
